Windows 10: win forgetting password

windows 10 logout from all the accounts after shutdown

every time i shut down my pc every account will ask password : google account on chrome . Hotmail account i used for windows , Facebook , even reddit and all will reset settings
any idea ?

i forget my pin and password in my surface 7pro.

windows say "your pin is required to sign in."

• i lost my my back up USD flash drive.
• forget pin is disabled

what ca i do?
