Windows 10: Win +H - Windows dictation Issues

Recently Windows Dictation Wanted me to log in. But after logging in I'm getting the following error.I'm getting the same Error message When I'm logging in Trying to log in To my Hotmail account. The redacted tenant name, In that case, Changed to "Microsoft services" Instead of my company tenant Name.On the same PC When I'm switching to a local account, I created There are no issues With Dictation.I can't figure out What's the issue And didn't find any online help on the topic.Appreciate any help.

Windows key+H dictation not working in Microsoft Word.

Have you tried the control panel speech recognition I suggested?

You can find this by going into Control Panel > type in "Speech Recognition" and then set up a microphone. then continue to turn it on and use it instead of win+H dictation.

 

Windows dictation stuck on initializing (Win + H)

As stated above my dictation window is stuck on initializing (Win + H). I've closed the dictation window many times. I've rebooted my computer many times.

History:

1. It was stuck on initializing when the feature first went live.

2. After an update or two, it started working.

3. After another or more updates it stopped working, stuck on initializing again.

I would really like to use this feature again.

I believe that it is a problem mostly with word at this point as I have no problems really outside of that. Although I noticed my win+H does not even turn on anymore, so I do not know what the issue is currently.

I believe it is a bug you are experiencing however where the win+H dictation shuts off if you force it to instead of saying "stop dictating"
