Windows 10: Win key not working

I bought my win key about 3-4 years ago,, and i reinstalled my computer and now it wont work4HYMN-6PFP3-GHQ7P-9W2J2-KW3GY

win 7 oem to win 10 free upgrade, install wants key. win 7 key does not work.

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select the Region from the list and click Next.
• Call the Toll-Free number provided on top and can activate via phone.
