Windows 10: Win key not working

I use Microsoft KB and the key opens the start menu normally and also some shortcuts are working properly like "Win+R" !But other shortcuts like "Win+V" , Win+Period" are not ! ! !I tried many solutions but didn't solve the problem !Like isable gaming mode on your keyboardEnable Windows Key using registry editRe-Register all appsRestart Windows/File ExplorerTurn off filter keysPlease help .

win 7 oem to win 10 free upgrade, install wants key. win 7 key does not work.

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select the Region from the list and click Next.
• Call the Toll-Free number provided on top and can activate via phone.
