Windows 10: win mayus s has stopped working

Hello everyone, I'm telling you my problem and it's that I can no longer take screenshots, before I used windows + shift + s to take them, but it has stopped working, I don't know if it has any relationship but I installed visual c++ 2008 to be able to use a program and some time later snip & sketch stopped working.

WIn + space stopped working for me...

While CTRL + win + Space or Shift + win + space do work. What is funny is that when i press win + space it works like I only pressed space.

Win button is working for sure, checked it

Languages list is showing when ctrl or shiift is additionally pressed

Any suggestions?

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

• Let us know are you referring to Update list when you say "Win 10 mailing list"?

Meanwhile, I suggest you to Run the Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) tool which fixes the Windows corruption error if there are any. Follow the steps:

• 
  Press Windows+X.
  
• 
  Click on Command Prompt (Admin).
  
• 
  Type the command DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  and hit Enter.
