Hi,Win+R key is failing to pop-up frequently used commands like 'prefetch', temp, %temp% unlike what it was earlier. Every time I need to type the command instead of handpicking the command from pop-ups. I there a way out to address this issue please?Second, unlike other browsers, why Edge is sleeping too frequently inspite of updating it on daily basis? Curious to know :Third, why W11 is so restricted to high end processors? * Moved from Research/Eyes First

not able to use the sign in using microsoft option

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

I suggest you to perform Safe Mode with Networking and check if you’re able to login using your Microsoft account.

Method 1: Safe mode with Networking.

Please follow below steps:

• Click on power button at left bottom corner, press and hold
  Shift key and click on Restart.
• Click on Troubleshoot.
• Click on Advanced options.
• Click on Startup Settings.
• Click on Restart.
• Login to Microsoft Account and create a new administrator account.

If you’re not able to login using Microsoft account then refer to below steps and check if it helps.

Method 2:
Activate Inbuilt Administrator Account.

Follow the below steps:

• Click on power button at left bottom corner, press and hold
  Shift key and click on Restart.
• Click on Troubleshoot.
• Click on Advanced options.
• Click on Command Prompt and enter following command.

net user Administrator /active:yes

Now reboot your system and login to inbuilt admin account and try to reset password for other account. Once you reset password login to other account and to deactivate inbuilt admin account enter following command in elevated
command prompt.

net user Administrator /active:no

Using F keys in Win 10 command window

I recently upgraded my notepad to Win 10 Pro 32-bit. I have several legacy 16-bit DOS programs I need to run and was hoping to be able to run them in the command window. But these programs use the function keys for menu items, both straight up and with
SHIFT. When I use the F keys straight up, they do Windows 10 functions (such as F1 brings up Win 10 help), not the functions in the command window (Windows Xp did not have this problem). Interestingly enough, when I use the SHIFT-F keys, they work properly
in the window, even SHIFT-F1.

How can I make the F keys command the functions in my DOS application in the command window?
