    Win Server Stuck at Applying Personalized Settings for: Applying enhanced security...


    Hi,I have 2 win server 2019 and both of them after entering username and password gets stuck at "Applying Personalized Settings for: Applying enhanced security Configuration".desktop is black and small window is there with the above message, Whereas i can open task manager and navigate etc,I tried to run explorer as a new task but no luck, by disabling services from msconfig, ii am able to login after restart, but if i try to login with new user, gets the same problem again.
