Windows 10: Win Shift S doesnt work

so hello. I tried to use windows + shift + s in my computer to take a selected screen capture, but lately it does not work. it showed yellow border in my whole windows. I have tried those internet tips but still does not help.

WIn + space stopped working for me...

While CTRL + win + Space or Shift + win + space do work. What is funny is that when i press win + space it works like I only pressed space.

Win button is working for sure, checked it

Languages list is showing when ctrl or shiift is additionally pressed

Any suggestions?

 

Intel Speed Shift Technology Skylake

You just need a Skylake CPU and ThrottleStop, once turned on speed shift you can exit the software as unclewebb said above.

Try this workaround

• Open an Elevated Powershell prompt by pressing the Windows Key, typing Powershell, then pressing Ctrl+Shift+Enter
• Paste the following command into Powershell and execute it:
  
  Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Also, we suggest you to run this command and check.

• Press Win + X keys on the keyboard and select
  Command Prompt(Admin).
• Type or copy, paste the command in the command prompt DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
  and hit Enter.
• Restart the computer and check.
