    Win+Shift+S Snipping Tool Not Working Properly When in Specific Dual Monitor Arrangement


    Hello, I use the Win+Shift+S tool a lot, and having recently upgraded to Windows 11, I noticed that the tool doesn't work properly now with the screen arrangement that I use with my laptop and external monitor. When in a specific arrangement pictured below the laptop screen on the left of the external monitor, the snipping tool only darkens a portion of the external monitor, and I'm not able to start drawing the snipping tool outside of the darkened portion, but I am able to take a screenshot of that portion of the screen if I started from the darkened portion.
