Windows 10: Win upgrade / install

Discus and support Win upgrade / install in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I unplugged my pc while updating and all start up troubleshoot doesn't get the older win 10 version to start anymore.     I unplugged my pc while updating and all start up troubleshoot doesn't get the older win 10 version to start anymore. So, I wanna know if there's a way to upgrade it or fix it same hardware on a running windows different hdd.If not possible, can I copy or move my files and programs to the new windows 10program files
