Windows 10: WIN+V Clipboard and "Swiftkey-Feature" away (after restart)

Windows Spelling, as well as the Clipboard function (WIN + V) are no longer available after a PC reboot.

In an initial Posting of mine, a Solution was offered, which also works. But only until I restart the PC.


Here is the Content of the batch file (approach of a competent Independent Advisor - thanks to Andre Da Costa again)

Taskkill/f/im explorer.exe
taskkill/f/im shellexperiencehost.exe
timeout/t 3/NOBREAK > nul
del% localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.ShellExperienceHost_cw5n1h2txyewy\TempState \ */q

timeout/t 2/NOBREAK > nul
Start explorer


The problem has to be somewhere else.


Affected is the following Process ...

WindowsInternal.ComposableShell.Experiences.TextInput.InputApp


If I finish this process with Task Manager and then call it manually through the Windows File Explorer, everything goes:

C:\Windows\SystemApps\InputApp_cw5n1h2txyewy\WindowsInternal.ComposableShell.Experiences.TextInput.InputApp.exe


Until the said Reboot, then Windows again has the same "Problem" (better I have it).

Windows Clipboard WIN+V don't work (just an Service Restart helps)

Windows Clipboard don't work.

It's activated, of course.

I found a temporary solution:

Opening Windows Taskmanager and restarting

WindowsInternal.ComposableShell.Experiences.TextInput.InputApp.exe

After a second the process is in life again and the shortkey WIN+V works fine.

UNTIL I REBOOT MY SYSTEM.............

The Swiftkey text tool have the same problem, yes it is depending on same
Process-Routines.

It's not a permanente solution for me (and maybe other users too).

The error logs doesn't show any helpful entry. Windows 10 is updated already.

Do you have an idea ? ‍♂️
