Windows 10: Win + V clipboard history not displaying copied text

Hello, I use Win + V every day. It is very useful. I noticed it stopped working right after installing the most recent Windows update "2024-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems KB5043178". The Problem:I copy text, and when I press Win + V, the text does not show up as copied. I can use the snipping tool as usual, but the snipped images also don't come up anymore in the clipboard history window. Right click + copy on anything_ does not show up in the window. Hello all!

Currently experiencing an issue with the clipboard, in which the clipboard history is showing as empty when using the Win + V key-bind.

Here is a list of everything I have tried in order to fix this:

Switching the clipboard history on and off

Clearing clipboard history

Restarted File Explorer from Task Manager

Restarting clipboard service in services.msc
Creating new DWORD value in regedit

Enabled 'Allow Clipboard History' in GPedit

So far, nothing has shown any signs of working and I cannot find anything else online which might help with this.

For context, copy and paste still functions normally, the only problem is, at the moment, there is absolutely no way to view the clipboard history.

How to increase time length of Clipboard History (win+v)

I would like my clipboard (win+v) to hold everything I copy-paste atleast for 2 days. I have some text that I work with from one computer- that I need to copy-paste around 12-14 hrs later/ next day on a different computer. But by this time, the clipboard
history becomes empty.

Any way to lengthen it? I also notice that it only holds a limited amount of copy-paste, so I'd like to increase that

In response to your comments:
1) Screenshot or text or file -- just text. Usuall a URL or, at most, a paragraph, <10 lines of text
2) Limited to 25 copied entries -- However, I will copy an item, be able to paste using CTRL + V but when I try WIN + V I get the message that the clipboard is empty (so <25 items)
3) Rule out CTRL key -- Issue is not CTRL key since I can copy/paste using CTRL+C/CTRL+V. Issue only appears when using clipboard history (WIN+V). I will have copied text and can paste it using CTRL+C/CTRL_V but clipboard history is either empty (error message from #1) or will not appear at all in the clipboard history even though history shows less than 4 items
Also, another issue is that, at times, the clipboard history will show ABCDEF but will past PQRST (something completely different than what is shown. Though it is something that was copied in the past)
