Windows 10: Win+V not working!

As other users who encountered this problem i cannot fix it by myself. i did:Sfc /scannow; DISM /check-health; resetting explorer.exe and the service that provides clipboard; keyboard troubleshooting and manipulating registry.It did encounter yesterday, but met without my actions and other problems.Windows clipboard works fine for other users on this computer. pleaz help

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

How to disable Hyper-V?

May I ask. Why you want to disable it

Try these steps it may work,.?

How to disable Hyper-V

1. in Control Panel : select Programs and Features.
   
2. Select : Turn Windows features on or off.
   
3. Expand Hyper-V >> expand Hyper-V Platform
   
4. and then, remove the : Hyper-V Hypervisor check box.
