    Win10 1803 repeatedly fails


    * Windows Update tells me I have updates

    * Insists on downloading eventually, installing, then failing, rebooting

    * Installation history says "Feature update to Windows 10, version 1803 (17)" - version 17? 17 attempts more likely.


    C'mon! This is no way to treat a user since 3.1 in 1992.

    I know that others have had this problem. Is there a solution?

    Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

    When in win10:
    • Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....
    Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
    - Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
