Windows 10: Win10 20H2 update is failed with error 0x8024F005

Hi Experts,Some of the PCs in my environment are failed Win10 20H2 InPlace Upgrade with error code 0x8024F005.Error: 2022-02-22 13:01:58, Error MOUPG CSetupHost::ReportEventW2096: Result = 0x8024F0052022-02-22 12:59:41, Error MOUPG SetupHost: Reporting post reboot event failed: hr = [0x8024F005]Could you please help me to fix it.Do let me know if more details required from my end.

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

 

cannot update 20H2 build 19042.662 for last 2 months

There are multiple steps that can be performed to troubleshoot failed upgrades.
An in place upgrade repair if it fails should generate an error message and code that is useful to start the troubleshooting.
So for a failure start an new thread with the error message and code and logs can be collected.
List: antivirus, firewall, drive encryption software

 

windows updates 20H2

Hi team...my most recent version is windows 10 20H2 , despite that the office 2010 32 bit updates are failing with the error code 0x80070643....i checked several times and updated office 2019 on my PC.

unable to find a solution, and it seems that if eventually that will fail....ultimately operating system clean install option will be the last remaining option, which I do not want to do.....

kindly suggest what to do?
