Windows 10: Win10 21H1 update 0x80073701

The update will sits for 20 minutes then hangs for a long time then receive this error code 0x80073701. I have plenty of updates in this machine and I want to make it done today. Before I have a desktop with the same issue but I have MS technician that resolves it via remote but now it is hard to get in touch with support via phone.
