Windows 10: Win10 22H2 XPS Viewer Install Failed Error 0x8024500c

Hello,As title suggests, I cannot install XPS Viewer on my Win10 22H2 latest update machine.dism /online /add-capability /capabilityname:XPS.Viewer~~~~0.0.1.0Anyone knows if I can download the .cab files of XPSViewer to install offline with the above command?Just like the cab files in the Win10 installation DVD:\sources\sxsmicrosoft-windows-netfx3-ondemand-package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~.cabMicrosoft-Windows-NetFx3-OnDemand-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~en-US~.cabFull Erroreployment Image Servicing and Management toolVersion: 10.0.19041.844Image Version: 10.0.19045.3086[===================

One of the possible reasons why you're getting an error code 0x8024500C is due to corruption in some system files. If the given steps on the thread didn't work for you, we therefore suggest that you re-register Windows Store app. To do so, follow the steps
below:

• Click the Start Menu.
• Select Command Prompt. (You may be asked for User Account Control permissions, select
  Yes.)
• Copy and paste the following command, and press Enter key;

PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}"

Once done, you may restart your system. The issue that you're facing with Windows Store app should be resolved now.

Unable to install Windows Apps - Error 0x8024500C

I used to be able to install apps, but now get an error telling me that something went wrong - error code 0x8024500C.





I have subsequently tried the suggested solutions in detailed at the following link without any success

Looking across forums it seems that many have had this same error with very few having successfully fixed it.

Error code 0x8024500C can't install or update apps from store Windows 10

Hi,

As soon as I try and download it comes up with the error. It says Try that again Error - See Details

The Error Code is 0x8024500C.

I have asked IT to do all of the steps that Andre Da Costa detailed and it still does not work.

Any thoughts?
