    Hi team, I need reinstall a desktop to Win10 32bit. I can boot from CD and USB key, but on first screen, both mouse and keyboard are not workingI'm sure mouse and keyboard are good,they are working in BIOS and PE And no problem when I reinstall this desktop with Win10 64bit. My PC info: HP elitedesk 800 g5 CPU: Intel I7-9700 mainboard: HP elitedesk 800g5 sff BIOS: R01 VER.02.12.00 BIOS DATA 12/28/2021

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    I had installed and activated win10 32bit and I lost my PRODUCT KEY later. ：（

    Now I wanted to newly install with win10 64 bit. My question is how to activate win10 64bit because I forget my PRODUCT KEY.
