Windows 10: Win10 - ACER TravelMateSpin - Windows update causes WinRE to load after a reboot

Wondered if anyone has come across an issue with Windows 10 21H2/ACER TravelMate laptop where after the latest Windows Update, after a number of shutdowns/reboots, the device doesn't restart correctly, but loads Windows Recovery? This only appears to happen with this device, other devices, e.g. Lenovo, no issues.

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

 

Latest win10 Update 1803 cant install?

I am having a issue with this update,. I fallow the steps via windows update, DL the update, shows install. ask me to reboot pc. after reboot its start the update install pc reboot several times. On the last time, I get a message saying" Restoring windows to previous version". Then it takes me back to windows, and i get a message update could not be installed.
In windows update-control panel it shows update waiting for reboot. i click on it and does same thing. after install it restore to previous version. what is going on?
I have disable windows firewall for time being.

Z97 Pro gamer MB 4790k @4.7 DDR3 2400 RAM Win10 x64 M.2 and SSD.

 

Windows Defender Offline Make Win10 can not Enter WinRE

Here is the thing:

I m using Win10 Pro Version 1067-OS Build 14393.479.

I updated the system to OS Build 14393.969 by installed KB4015438 yesterday.

And then, after the reboot, Win10 did not work, I could not enter the system properly.

(The update failure, it happened before, and I repaired or retreated the system to a previous normal status by using the WinRE advance tools.)

However this time, strange thing happens. After 3 times of the abnormal boot, the system went into the WinRE. Some repair options should have appeared, but instead, the Windows Defender Offline opened up immediately and scanned automatically. I did not have
any chance to do something, and if I canceled the scan, system just rebooted or I waited the scan over and then system rebooted too. So no matter what I did, WinRE just opened the Windows Defender Offline, and rebooted without doing anything useful and I can
do nothing about it, no option, no choice, it just happened spontaneously.

So I assumed the Windows Defender Offline prevent the WinRE work properly or block some WinRE's feature.

Why is that? And what should I do to disable or bypass the Windows Defender Offline to get my WinRE back to repair my system.

BTW, I can't enter system now, so may only the command tool can solve this problem.

Is there anyone who know the answer or encounter the same issue?
