Windows 10: Win10 activation - how do I get MS to help me

I updated an older ACTIVATED legal version of Win10 older build by doing a fresh install. Everything worked OK, but now Windows tells me it's not activated there were no hardware changes. When I try to activate manually, the process fails can't reach the server of something similar.I went through the MS troubleshooter, left my email and phone# and a case # was assigned. The information on the screen said "a support engineer will call the phone number provided". But it's 10 days ago now and maybe they tried to call me but I haven't seen or heard anything. Activation options for Win10 with instant clones

We have a secure (no internet access) lab environment setup to test and validate a VMWare VDI deployment of Win10 clients.

Our issue is activation of the Win10 clients as they require re-activation every time we logoff and back on because we are using instant clones.

Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to resolve this? Here are the options we are considering and issues as we understand them:

• Setup a KMS server
  • Requires a Volume license, which is doable
  • Documentation says we must have a minimum of 25 hosts, we don' have that in our lab
• Use our MSDN account
  • No support for Win10 KMS license
  • No support for MKS activation
• Manually activate each time
  • Gonna spend a lot of time on the phone
  • Win10 has no grace period so machines are crippled w/o activation

Anyone have a thought or suggestions? I'm hoping I missed something.

MS FSX Gold Edition activation issues

Had FSX GOld running on my PC for several years, then had to replace a hard drive. When I installed FSX Gold again, it installed fine, recognized the product key I entered and responded that it was fully activated. After running for 30 minutes, it goes into
Demo mode and says it needs to be activated. I've gone thru all the Help suggestions, including creating a new User and installing there with no change in results. XBox Tech support says my product key is not listed with them - however, they are looking at
the new MS XBox site for Win10, and FSX has been out much longer than that structure. I'm an ex-Microsoft employee and bought this product thru the MS company store, and it has always worked before. The fact that XBox support says it is not a valid key tells
me there must be some issue with all the old MS PC game keys being installed to the new XBox platform that appears on the WIN10 screen.

Any suggestions on how I can get my favorite game to play again? And shame on you MS Tech Support for not helping a loyal MS customer with a legitimate product issue! BTW, worked with 3 different MS Tech support people and none of them could help!
