Windows 10: win10 bluetooth

I have only one sound device and it is bluetooth.The device shows up in device manager. bluetooth also is on.In the notification area bluetooth shows up as not connected, but it is there.I have tried to uninstall the bluetooth sound device but the process results in a failed msg.I use a BT 5 dongle that works and shows up,and yes Ive uninstalled it and re installed it.I have no sound devices show up in dev mgr as no sound devices installed.everything worked until i installed the latest version of win10 64.and yes I did roll it back and tried itman that takes a long time.What else can I do? N

bluetooth headphones

setting up win10 Bluetooth and my Bluetooth headphones work fine ,but every time I reconnect the headphones I have to delete them from Bluetooth settings and let win10 pickup the headphones again ,before they will pair ,then win10 want to reboot to add the headphones ,I reboot and they work fine ,but next time I plug the headphone in again they will not pair ,don't even get an option to pair till I delete the head phones from the list ,, any suggestions ,, thank

 

Bluetooth not working Win10

Hi,

I upgraded from Win7 to Win10 on my Dell Inspiron N5010.

My Bluetooth mouse which was configured before the upgrade worked instantly,

but I am not able to search or add any other device (specially Home Theater) any more.

I have enabled the Bluetooth support service,

tried finding Bluetooth driver in Device Manager (no Bluetooth listed),

also read that re-installing the driver in compatibility mode is not working for others in the community.

Please suggest what other options are available to get things back in shape?

In addition to the above steps, I would suggest you to check if Bluetooth Support service is started.

• Press Windows key + R
• Type services.msc and press
  Ok
• Find Bluetooth Support Service
  
• Start it and set it as
  Automatic
