Windows 10: win10 boot mgr missing

Discus and support win10 boot mgr missing in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I have upgraded to win1064bit.Now the screen is showing " boot mgr missing".I don't have recovery disk.     Boot Mgr Missing

    Thank you for your reply. I got it going yesterday after hours of trying. I am not a computer guru. I kept trying by clicking different options on the HP Startup page. I finally gave up. I had typed in bootrec/rebuildbcd and after hours (all night)
    it came up. I was happy but then later it went into some kind of loop and hung. I tried remembering what I did and tried bringing it back up again. It took hours and hours and when I got up thjis morning it was back up. I have no idea how long it will
    stay up. I did figure out how to disable Microsoft Updates for now. Microsoft 2nd level is supposed to call me this morning so I guess I'm at their mercy. They want to load a new version of Windows which means I lose all my Icons or programs I've loaded
    over time. My files have been backed up on an external. I guess I'll have to wait and see. Thank you for replying. I'm new at this. You should have seen me trying to reply to you. Had to log in again etc. I thought I was logged in. Wow! I told you
    I didn't know what I was doing.

    Boot Mgr Missing

    Can you create a USB stick for Windows install using your tablet? Does the tablet run Windows?

    I can probably step you through recreating the System partition to boot Windows, but it will take some messaging back and forth here.
