Where is the camera in win 10?

Device manager what different between camera with image device

Rear camera as default of CAMERA APP in Win10 RS1, but WebCAM as default of CAMERA APP in Win10 RS2 and RS3. Does because the location in section Camera or image device of Device manager ?

 

digital camera not recognized by Windows 10

Cannon PowerShot Elph 130is camera with WiFi connectivity. Worked great under Win7, but not with Win10. How do I make Win10 recognize my camera? I see how to add a printer, but how do I add a wifi camera? The WiFi printer was recognized with no problem.

 

It is usually located right under the screen although some are right above the screen.

Just to clarify, are you referring to the Camera app, or the camera device?

 

If you open the start menu and type in CAMERA and then the app comes back with the message "We can't find your camera" then you might need to check the driver that serves your camera device. Is your camera listed in the >settings > devices area?
