Windows 10: Win10 Digital License Transfer/Activation Questions

I am working towards getting a new desktop, not a pre-fab from dell or HP no offense meant you two, but you're a bit stringent on hardware upgrades past the norm, but one I will either assemble myself cables and all, or using an offered service that will do it for me perhaps avoiding any pitfalls I might lead myself into. I have gathered a list of parts ill be watching their price tags for, in-case they either get a tad more expensive or they get more affordable, and in the mean time, ill be looking to windows 10 for my main OS home edition, not pro, unless I can transfer my. How to transfer Win10 license correctly?

No, you don't need to transfer any licenses.

If you upgrade your Win7 Pro to Win10 it will get a digital license for Win10 Pro in it's own right, based on having a qualifying activated Win7. Although MS have said the free upgrades have ended, quietly behind they scenes they still will be activated.

Use the Media Creation Tool to make an install USB then use Step 6 in this tutorial.

How does one transfer a digital license of Win 10 from one computer to another?

I have found online how to transfer from one computer to another a boxed version of Win10, found information that it's not possible to transfer license if Win10 is upgraded from Win7, but can't seem to find what to do in case of digital licenses.
