    Sync and updates are eating all my data allowance Help!

    I have 2 ways that I connect to the net. At home I have a fast, unlimited internet connection. At my warehouse, I use a mobile hot spot with limited data and speed.

    My win10 laptop wants to sync One Drive and other Windows files when I'm doing other things. It's killing my data limit and it slows me to a crawl. Is there an easy way to stop all this syncing when I'm on my limited hot spot connection? I still need to
    access the net from time to time but it's for a short amount of time, after that I can be off the connection. I would like to choose when files are going to sync. Preferably at night or when I get back home and have unlimited internet.
