Windows 10: Win10 File Explorer - Automatic "Details View" when searching?

File Explorer on Win10: I would like everything I view when navigating with FE to automatically be in the "Details" view, and I have been able to easily achieve this. However, I would also like everything FE finds when searching to also be in the "Details" view, which I haven't been able to achieve. Instead, search results are always in "Content View". I've asked Copilot about it but all it does is waste my time by providing one erroneous procedure after another. How can this actually be achieved?

Thank you for the detailed response. To change the search result's view from content to list, we suggest following the steps below:

• Open the File Explorer and try to search for files.
• In the toolbar, open the View tab and click List
  to change the view.
• Once changed, close the File Explorer.
• Open the File Explorer again and try to search to see if the setting has been retained.

Details Pane in not visible in File explorer window

• Press Windows + E keys, opens the File explorer.
• Click on the View tab in File ribbon.
• Click on the Details Pane. Check if the details are appearing in File explorer after selecting any files.
