BSOD - Usually IRQL not less or equal or memory management - Please help

Hi there,

The memory test detected no errors. Most times the blue screen error is irql not less or equal, and blue screen view says it is caused by ntoskrnl.exe?

 

Blue screen with "irql not less or equal"

System is WIN10, recent clean install, with some common software installed.

Hardware is Lenovo T440s with SSD and memory upgraded.

The blue screen is random about once every week or once every two weeks. It always shows "irql not less or equal"

Before Win10, I was using Win7. It also crashes with blue screen occasionally.

I am not sure what is causing the problem.

I found the dump file which is shared by the onedrive link, and there is only one file in the minidump folder.

Any suggestion and help is highly appreciated.

Hello Everyone , First I am french so I'll probably make mistakes

My computer :

Asus Maximus Hero VII

I7 4790k

2x8Gb G.skill Ram

Gtx 980 ti

500 gb Ssd

2to Hdd

Currently on Windows 10

The problems are that It crashs (blue screens) ...

Memory managment , Irql not less or equal , Driver ***....

Not always but sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't

I tried to run some tests :

Windows Driver verifier = (crash)

Memtest86 (not sure I did it well)

Windows memory diagnostic ?? .... = ( no error)

They conclued to nothing except for Driver verifier that gave me more crashs like :

Irql_not_less_or_equal ...

I don't really know what to do ....

I could send you a crash dump ?? but don't know were to find it sorry

I thinked about buying new Memory stick but not sure it is the good things to do.
