    Hello,I recently started having a problem within the last day where the entire computer will freeze almost every second for a millisecond while audio sounds fine and is never interrupted.I don’t remember doing anything that would have started this besides disabling the printer spooler in services And when I checked this it was not disabled. Turning on safe mode fixes it but that only tells me that it's probably not a hardware issue.I’ve tried doing a clean boot, tried updating windows, and updating my CPU and GPU drivers with no luck. I’ve looked at a bunch of posts for similar issues and

    Stuttering Every Two Seconds

    Every two seconds I get a stutter, the mouse freezes and then jumps forward. Audio stutters, games stutter, everything stutters very briefly (on the order of milliseconds) every two seconds.

    This happens every two seconds like clock work. It happens on windows, it happens in browsers, it happens in games.

    I've tried updating all the drivers I can find. I've tried a System restore to last month even though the problem just started today. I've tried closing out of programs and disabling various tasks.

    I've tried various checks and all come back clean:

    • sfc /scannow
    • DISM.exe/Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
    • CHKDSK /f

    Please help!

    i have solution for this, run your windows 10 in safe mode and enable all you application in startup. there is no lag or stuttering.

    GTA 5 Lags & Stutters Since Win10 Install

    Seriously, they say Windows 10 is the fastest Windows OS to date, yet to me it's the slowest I've ever encountered!

    GTA 5 was working magic back on Windows 7, yet here on Win10, lags and stutters start to emerge, particularly after installing the latest updates.

    Not only GTA 5, but the whole PC is slower than before.

    I demand a solution only for GTA 5 as I already searched the Internet upside down and no
    [Mod Removed - Profanity] solution was found to work!!!!
