    Win10 Live-Wallpaper blinking Task Bar


    Hello,


    i've been using a live wallpaper for some time now, but recently i have noticed all the opaque elements of win10 start blinking and it is very annoying.


    When using a regular wallpaper everything is back to normal and i am almost 100% certain the blinking is because of the live wallpaper.


    Also, i am using 2 Monitors, a regular one and a 144hz one. The regula one does not have the blinking issue, only my prime, 144hz monitor has it.

    Cannot modify Task Bar settings

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

    I understand your concern and will be happy to assist you.

    I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if the issue persists.

    • Right click on the Task Bar.
    • Uncheck the option " Lock the Taskbar."

    My Windows 10 Pro PC that upgraded from Windows 7 Ultimate shows no task bar apps and desktop shortcuts and apps and loading and refreshing with a blinking black screen . After long times the apps and shortcuts appears , But cannot open Start button , Cortana,
    Action centre, Store .etc. Please solve this problem !!!!!!!!!

    blinking Line under the task bar

    Hi

    Ever since I updated my Lenovo laptop Win 8.1 to 10 there is a blinking white line under the task bar, it is very irritating !

    How can I get rid of it !?
