    So, I have been using dual screens for years without issues. Sometimes I switch my main display from my main monitor to my TV to play certain games. Done this for years without issues. But recently I got a chance for a free upgrade to a larger TV, but only after hooking it up I realized the bigger TV was not 1080p nor LED. So, I switched back to my previous TV but this bug started the moment I hooked up the older 720p plasma TV. I have tried updating all my drivers, I have tried restarting windows explorer, you name it. Originally this bug would happen after a restart, or waking from sleep, or
