Windows 10: WIN10- no more downloads possible! How that??

Dear friends, I've been plagued by system manipulations from the outside for a long time. Recently, downloading via browser and saving images is no longer possible. I have already switched off Kaspersky, Malwarebytes and VPN as a test - that's not the reason. Now I uninstalled Chrome and wanted to reinstall it - but downloads strangely don't work. Not even in the Edge So it's hidden somewhere in WIN10, I guess. What can I do? Thank you a lot in advance!Best reqards,Dirk

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

We would like to know more of the issue that you are experiencing to assist you:

• Do you encounter an error message when you try to download the said software?
• Is this happening in any software you try to download or is it only happening in this specific software?

Since you have the installation disc, you can try these steps:

• Insert the installation disc.
• Right-click on Setup.exe.
• Check Compatibility Mode and select Windows 7.
• Check Run As Administrator.
• Follow the prompts.

It's possible that this is a compatibility issue and we suggest that you contact Canon's technical support team to get further assistance with their software.
