Windows 10: Win10 - No standard app for open ms-gameoverlay-link

We made a C#.net application. Always, when it opens a popup with dialog.ShowDialog, a message "no standard app for open ms-gameoverlay-link is comming. I tried already to find the settings of xbox as descripted in other threads, but I don't have them. I found also a description, how to modify the registry with GameDVR_Enabled = 0 but this help neighter.

Program to open non MS standard CAB files?

Does anybody here know how to open non MS standard CAB files? E.g. game installer disks with CAB files couldn't be opened with winRAR or winzip... Is there another app to open this files?

Googling linked me to 7zip but I doesn't open it too. *Frown

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

Phone Link App does not open/start

I have already tried these steps, and just tried again now.

I additionally tried to run Repair as well as Reset, but the App still does not run.

I had seen the post from the link you sent here, but found this not very useful, as some of the instructions suggested do not seem to exist on my Windows edition, and also require the App to open to get to the suggestions listed, which I am unable to do.

Just to clarify, I am running Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2.
