Windows 10: Win10 ntoskrnl.exe driver power state failure BSOD (cont)

Hello! Please help me out. my PC frequently BSODs after waking up from sleep. Nothing I have tried helped, so tired of it.

Steps taken:

1. Clean install (without keeping files etc).

2. Disabling hibernation via powercfg.

3. Removing Kaspersky (was one of suggestions here before).

4. Driver verifier before sent my PC to BSOD loop, but after Kaspersky removal it loaded up successfully. I have disabled driver verifier so far.

5. One of suggestions was video drivers, it's latest nvidia (they were updated ever since and the BSOD is still here).

6. Another one (the minidump isn't here) was

0x9F_3_POWER_DOWN_ACPI
ACPI.sys is named which might indicate a power issue. How old and watts is the PSU?

I do dust cleaning every year or so, the recent one was done just last week (as a troubleshooting also)

Video drivers of nVidia were recently updated so I have updated mine yet it crashed again (same thing, waking up from sleep).




Windows is updated to the latest build, drivers are updated as well, hardware is i5-6600K, 16 Gb RAM, Nvidia GTX 1070, MB Asus Z170 PRO GAMING.

Please check them and say what's the problem? What do I have to do to fix it once and for all

BSOD caused by NTOSKRNL.exe - Driver Power State Failure


Every now and then, when my computer is in sleep mode, it will restart due to the NTOSKRNL.exe driver crashing, a driver_power_state_failure. I've tried reinstalling Windows and updated all my drivers, but the issue persists. I've attached a screenshot of what BlueScreenView shows me when it analyzes the dump file.


I would appreciate any help with this. Laptop is HP Envy, model M1W82UA#ABA
