Windows 10: win10 on ARM OOBE loop problem

Hi, i have a problem with my Samsung Galaxy book S ARM version Snapdragon 8cx processor


it comes with win10 home out of the box.

i upgraded it to pro, for demo purposes of microsoft intune / autopilot feature.


after the demo finished, the pc was un enrolled from the microsoft intue by the admin, and i am resetting the PC to original version, using the "factory reset" option in the windows recovery. It uses the image file which is stored in the internal storage.


after several trial, the installation always stucked at the OOBE, after i set the Language, Region, and input the connection setting there is no option to skip the connecton


after inputing the wifi credentials, then it continue to trying to "checking the connection to microsoft - this might take a while. after some minutes, it failed and back to the wifi connection option.


i tried multiple wireless network, it doesnt work.

i tried to put the wifi off offline it doesnt work


it doesnt offer any option to skip this process.


I want to try to do clean installation, but i can't find win10 on arm installer anywhere.

Windows 10 OOBE loop after sysprep

I ran into boot loop after sysprep Windows 10.

I've prepared a custom machine to deploy with WDS.

Sysprep has been run with /oobe/generalize options.

When I restart, windows 10 get into a reboot loop, and every time ask for system oobe wizard.

I found these on setuperr log file:

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
