    Hi!

    It's been a problem for a while now, close to a year. And it seems to depend on who sent the message? I have emails that are just fine and then others where special German characters, like ä;ö;ü, get replaced by some Chinese symbols, or just "????".

    I sync my gmail with outlook. When I log in to gmail web they all look fine so it seems outlook is not recognizing a font?

    Adjusting font size in Outlook folder list (2016/2019)

    Hi folks
    Is there a way to get this screen in Outlook 2016/2019.

    Here in Outlook 2010 you can easily adjust the font size and type in the folder list (navigation pane) and other things which makes it much more readable on a large monitor - sometimes default fonts are too tiny - especially when viewed on large screens !!

    I can't seem to get to similar screens in Outlook 2016/2019.
    In Some places you can't set size either - you just get choice of small, large, larger !!!!!!! definitely a retrograde step IMO.

    Outlook font problem

    I can see how to change the Navigation Pane font, but that is not for 2013. I quote "Only Outlook 2010 has an option to directly modify the Navigation Pane font type and size:"I must be blind. I can see nothing regarding the Ribbon Theme. As I stated previously, the Ribbon font in all other Office apps is as it should be. The problem is specifically with Outlook.

    Outlook font problem

    I have Office Pro 2013. In Outlook, all the text in the ribbon and the navigation/folder pane has changed to a feint, spidery font. The text in the mail window is OK and all emails display OK. The ribbons in Excel, Word etc are all as they should be. The problem is specifically with Outlook.
    Can this font be changed?
    All the fixes I find on the internet relate to changing screen resolution which is not the problem here.
