Windows 10: Win10 PC freezes while watching video on Chrome/Firefox, mouse still moves

Hi! I'm pulling at my hair here and trying my luck here.Just as the title says, when I'm watching video content Youtube or Netflix usually on Chrome, my Win10 PC freezes and I can only move my mouse cursor. This can happen randomly, whether it's 10min after starting a video or several hours, and the video may be playing in the background tab while I'm browsing something else, or an active tab. I can still hear the video for a few minutes even if the imagery is frozen but it lasts probably until it had buffered beforehand and stops.The issue first started in the summer I think, at first onc

Mouse stuck when starting video (Firefox/Chrome/Steam) on Windows 10

For the last ~2 weeks, my mouse cursor gets sometimes stuck after clicking starting videos. This happens in Steam, Firefox and Chrome. When I ALT+F4 the program, the mouse moves again. I run Manjaro Linux on the same machine without any such hiccups, so this seems to be a software error specific to Windows.

 

Explorer, Chrome or Firefox ?

Desktop: Don't like IE11, and stopped using Firefox due to BSOD when watching youtube videos, no BSOD with Chrome so i'm using it now since a few months.

Notebook: Chrome.
