Windows 10: Win10 printing issue on one certain program

I have a HP printer which refuses to print on one certain program.
It prints fine on word, excel, edge, acrobat etc.. even test pages but the one program i am using on a daily basis keeps giving me "error printing".

I tried pretty much everything i can think off.
Reboot printer & pc, reinstall printer after removing it completely, start/stop/restart print spooler service and cleared everything it the spooler directory

It was working fine up until i had to use a new WiFi stick since the computer isn't able to have a wired network or printer connection.

When i look in the program it can clearly see the printer online and even sees the toner message saying its almost empty.

Yet it wont print and the error just isn't giving me any hints.

UAC is off and program is running as admin so not having any luck with that either.

1. Navigate to: C:\windows\system32\spool\printers and delete all the files in the folder.

• Can you print in other Office programs, such as Word, Excel?
• Did you get any error message when it failed to print?
• Are you trying to print using outlook.com or the mail app?
• Have you tried printing pages from any website?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Please try resetting the print style first and then check if the issue persists. To do this, please follow:

1. Open an email message, click File > Print.

2. Click Print Options.

3. Highlight the print style you used to print emails and click Define Styles button.

4. Click Reset button.

5. Close the email window and open it again. Try printing to see if the issue persists.
