    Exactly the same symptom, i just updated my version to 14295 (Win10 Pro 32bit) and now "Optional Features" shows me a BSOD.

    Reinstall win 10 - was pro now home

    Had BSOD so had to do a clean install of WIN10.

    I had 10 Pro - but now has downgraded to Home even though I am linked to my MS account??

    Why is this?

    How do I upgrade to Pro again?

    Note MemTest86+ V5.01 needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.
