Windows 10: Win10 Pro x64 BCD Not Working!

HiI ran out of space on my NVME drive so replaced it with a larger one.I manually copied the MSR and EFI partition as well as my Win10 partition.I know from previous experience when moving my backup partition that I need to boot into my installation media on USB then use CMD commands:bootrec/ fixmbrbcdboot c:\windows /s c: /f allAfter which Windows boots.Even though the old and new drives are GPT I have additional partitions on the drive I have found this method always worked for me.Except, now Win10 runs but has no operating system as a boot default in both msconfig and system parameters. B

When I try to run sfc as suggested it gives an error: Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service even when I try different drive letters for BCD location.
