Windows 10: Win10 sees only one of 2 monitors correctly

I have a pair of Samsung S24F356 monitors, driven by the Quadro P1000 graphics card. These are each connected with a Rankie Mini DisplayPort Mini DP to HDMI Cable, 1.8 m. Win10 64 bit sees 2 monitors but had loaded Generic PnP drivers for both. I have just "updated" the drivers from the Samsung site, but only one of the monitors' driver was updated. For the other, Windows still states that the Generic driver is the best. I have uninstalled that device and restarted the computer, with the same result. The Samsung rep could not identify the problem. The Nvidia system control panel acknowledges

Trouble with 2 monitors

I suggest you to change the settings to Extended Monitor and check if it helps.

Please follow below steps:

• Right Click any ware of the Desktop, and launch Personalization.
• Go to dual monitor settings under personalization, and change it Extended Monitor.

i have a problem to connect 2 monitors.

• What changes did you make in the BIOS? As making the changes in the BIOS is only recommended by Microsoft if done by the manufacturer.
  

• How are you connecting to the 2nd monitor?

Using 2 monitors

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

Try to run Hardware Troubleshooter. It checks for common issues and makes sure that any new device or hardware attached to your computer was installed correctly.

a. Press Windows Logo Key+X then click on Search option.

b. Type “Troubleshooting” without quotes and click on
Troubleshooting.

c. In the new window, click View all on the left pane.

d. In the list of options, click on Hardware and devices.

e. Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions.

Also check the below steps to chose which dual monitor settings should be set.

1. Type Project to Second Screen" without the quotes in search box next to
Start Menu and click on it.

2. Select the options which is most suited for dual monitors for your Computer.

Note:

Duplicate: You’ll see the same things on both screens.

Extend: You'll see everything spread over both screens, and you can drag and move items between the two.

[*]
Second screen only: You’ll see everything on the connected screen. Your other screen will be blank.
