Windows 10: Win10 Settings App crash after clicking on "System"

I just reset my PC and for some reason this error has occurred, didn't happen before reset. I am in the latest version of windows 10 22H2. I've made sure everything is up to date after resetting, drivers, windows etc.Basically when I open the settings app everything else in the App opens fine, but as soon as I click on "System" it hangs and crashes.Here is everything I've tried so far:sfc /scannow comes up with "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations"DISM checkhealth/scanhealth/restorehealth comes up with "no component store corruption detected."I have also tried a

What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.
