Win10 shows the time four hours ahead of my timezone

My timezone is set correctly to Eastern (UTC-05:00) but Windows sets the clock ahead four hours after every boot cycle. It even sets the hardware clock in UEFI fours hours ahead.

I've run a boot-time virus can using Avast Internet Security. Two PUPs were found and deleted. Malwarebytes finds nothing.

    Nokia 635 time changed

Totally randomly, the time on my Nokia 635 changed to be four hours ahead. It was 9:15am, and then all of a sudden, it was 1:15pm. I turned off the phone multiple times, I took out the battery and restarted multiple times, but the phone continued to show
    four hours ahead.

I went into Settings > date + time, "set date and time automatically" to "off" and manually set the time correctly. This seems to have worked.

However, when I go back to Settings > date + time and "set date and time automatically" to "on", the phone goes back to four hours ahead. I would like for the phone to set the time automatically. Any help?

    Windows 10 Event Viewer

    Gerry -

BIOS time is correct. It matches the correct time for my time zone.

I rechecked my event log and this particular event appears to occur every four hours.

    I repeat my question:

    1. Why is the event time four hours ahead of the Logged time. The Logged time is correct for my time zone.

    2. Why is this particular event occurring frequently?

Time gets reset 5 hours ahead: I dual boot into Linux and everytime I do so, so it seems, my Win10 time is reset to +5 hours. e.g. instead of 8PM, it is showing 1AM.
