Windows 10: Win10 Stuck on Restarting Page

I have a brand new Dell XPS 13 laptop running Win10 which has worked well for the few weeks I have had it. I won't list all the specs except to say it came with all the bells and whistles. I have added no apps got rid of a few, including McAfee and am not a gamer. I did install all critical Win10 updates without problems. My problem began when OneDrive Personal Vault nagged me to install it tonight. I am not a fan of cloud storage, but agreed to install it, with no intent to use it. It nagged me to upload 3 files to the vault, so I chose 3 small safe files no secure info, but the upload

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

 

Chrome is stuck at "establishing secure connection..." on all pages

Had my hands on the solution once, forgot the trick, but here it was

I only needed step 3. to fix my challenge, no reboot, no restart of chrome. It worked straight away.
100% the solution I needed.

Been battling this challenge for months on several machines with different profiles to no prevail.
Most of the suggestions in here and other places have been tried without success. So this solution is it.


Have now documented it, it seems to return for some reason.

Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. I understand your Lumia 610 keeps getting stuck on step 6 of the update that you're trying to install. I can provide you a few steps to try in an effort to resolve the update issue.



There are a couple of different steps on a support page located at
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2484484 that we'll want to try. I would suggest the steps for stuck in download mode, stuck at OEM splash screen, and error not listed on this page.



Before performing the suggested reset under the steps for error not listed, I would first suggest trying a soft reset. If you're able to remove the battery, leaving it out of the phone for a few minutes will soft reset the phone. Another option for performing
a soft reset would be to hold the power and volume down buttons until the phone has restarted completely.
