Windows 10: Win10 toolbars in Win11

I know that win10 taskbar toolbars are no longer available in win11 and was thinking that I'm going to have to find some way to migrate that functionality which is a massive productivity boost for me.Anyway, without notice, this morning I arrive at work and find that I've been upgraded to Win11. Toolbars are gone. I will have to try to "remember" which toolbars I had set up as I guess any evidence of my configuration is also gone.So I'm asking, is there ANY way in win11 - perhaps not in the taskbar - that I can navigate the some kind of configurable nested folder tree structure of win10 toolba

Win11 upgrade not coming

If you checked again my previous replies, you can see ASUS re-installed my new notebook a even newer Win10 Home installation. After this 2nd time installation, I only did these to the toy:

1. installed chrome
   
2. changed its display brightness
   
3. changed wallpaper
   

After your previous suggestion, the 1 month temp McAfee was gone.

I can't figure out why I can't upgrade to Win11 for such a new notebook. Newer notebook will come with Win11 natively

 

How to remove links from desktop toolbar

Maybe I should have mentioned this. It's Win11 OS but with Win10 taskbar, hence the desktop toolbar.

 

Same VPN that works on Win10 won't work on Win11

Here is the exact text of the other error I sometimes see. This one seems to appear on my win11 machine only if I haven't connected to the VPN from my win10 machine recently.

"The network connection between your computer and the VPN server could not be established because the remote server is not responding. This could be because one of the network devices (e.g. firewalls, NAT, routers, etc) between your computer and the remote server is not configured to allow VPN connections. Please contact your Administrator or your service provider to determine which device may be causing the problem."

Just to rehash the steps I've taken to troubleshoot this particular error:

1. It doesn't appear to be the firewall on my win11 laptop, because I've tried connecting with it turned off, and haven't had any success.
   
2. It doesn't seem to be anything in between my home network and the remote VPN server, because I can connect from my win10 laptop on the same network.
