Windows 10: WIN10 transfert from a intel 4cores to a AMD 12 cores

I have a win10 with a lot of programs on my intel portable I want to make a copy of such win10 on my new AMD 12 cores big PC 1 I have make a copy of my C with easus partition software. It runs on my PC but with a AMD 4 cores only. Questions Is there a need to reinstall win10 from scratch ? Is there a possibility to upgrade the 4 core AMD to a 12 cores Rysen AMD ? I have tried that with the device upgrade and it is not working at all. HELP needed Thanks

intel core i7 and AMD drivers?

my intel i7 should have drivers that are intel. correct?

so I looked in device manager

pci bus states AMD and the processor states intel core i7 cpu

how do I get the pci bus to intel? or is this normal ??

I actually like them until Intel got their core 2 duo and icores... BUT this 12 cores will really a big step ahead of intel! *Smile

My system is driven by Intel Core i5. Why is AMD Control Center installed?

I recently upgraded another computer to Windows 10 which is Intel Core i4, The AMD Control Center is not listed or shown as installed software.
