Windows 10: Win10 update just doesn't work

Hi I've been working on this issue for the past 3 months.


Whenever I go to "windows update" in the settings, the loading animation plays indefinitely.


I've run the windows update troubleshooter and it couldn't identify the problem.

I tried to install Windows Update assistant which gave me an error saying there was missing files.


I have used commands to force stop and start the network update services, and two other kinds. I've restarted the machine.


I can't access a Windows update for the life of me- I've tried.


Is there anyway I can make my computer update? In the user interface, the "Windows Update" just does not load whatsoever. The troubleshooters haven't identified any potential issues so I do not know where to go from.


I bought a genuine copy when I installed windows 10.

I don't understand why this is happening. I have PC experience and I'm baffled - have tried other's solutions and I still have this issue.


I would like to access Win10 updates so I can use the Microsoft store.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Double Tap doesn`t work on Lumia 620

Hello,

Double Tap to wake doesn`t work at my Lumia 620. I have all on in settings but still doesn`t work. I`m pretty sure that in update AMBER or BLACK this function works properly. But after DENIM update doesn`t. Maybe you are planning some update for this future
?

The tiles doesn`t work Win10

• Yes, since I changed to win10 I've been installing all updates.
• No, one day I just clicked on start menu and the tiles wasn't working. I don't know if it is relevant but it started after I uninstalled a program (Video editor master).

I just tried a clean boot and it didn't work. Nothing changed.

This is my only issue in the Win10 now, I was hoping with the anniversary update this problem was solved but I didn't.
