Windows 10: Win10 update win11 encountered problems 0x80070003-0x40008

When I tried to upgrade to win11 from win10 using the win11 installation assistant, I encountered a problem. Here is the problem description: The installer encountered a serious error. Sorry, we encountered a problem in determining whether your computer can run Windows 11. Please close the installer and try again. Error code: 0x80070003-0x40008

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

I suggest you to follow the steps given in the link below and check if it helps you. Select Windows 8.1 from the Product list.

running win10/64, get 0x80070003 error doing back up

Thanks for your suggestion. Tried all you suggested and now after doing back up, get message that following 3 files were skipped :

encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\SkyDrive\Music. ErrorThe system cannot find the path specified. (0x80070003))

Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\SkyDrive\Pictures\Pictures. ErrorThe system cannot find the path specified. (0x80070003))

Any other ideas on how to solve this?
