    Win10 UPdates causing system to reboot into black screen


    I have installed these two updates, 4 Dell laptops now boot only into a black screen. Shows the Dell logo with the windows swirl like it is booting normally. Then it is a black screen - laptop is on - but nothing is displayed. ctrl-alt-del does not work.How do I fix?Thank you

    Black screen after Windows update.

    • Were you able to get to the desktop screen after you restarted the system?
    • When the screen was blank, were you able to see the cursor on the screen?
    • Did you get any error code or error message?

    Win10 UPdates causing system to reboot into black screen

    Black Screen after Log on


    Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
