    Win10 Updates Erased All Pics, Files


    The following updates ERASED all pictures and files :


    1. 2019-08 Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x 64-based systems ( KB4023057)

    Successfully installed on 8/17/2019


    2. 2019-08 Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x 64-based systems ( KB4512501)

    Successfully installed on 8/18/2019


    3. 2019-08 Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x 64-based systems (KB4023057)

    Successfully installed on 8/19/2019



    I have called Tech Support in the hopes of having this escalated with assurances of call backs (2X) but they never have.

    Last backup was 3 yrs ago.


    Need Help....

    Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

    When in win10:
    • Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....
    Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
    - Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

    Finally! An alternative to eraser...

    it looks much cleaner then the eraser so that is a big step up.

    Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

    Hello
    Win10: Windows update is stuck at never ending loop ? ( Last Win10 updates in 2017 ). Can't update the laptop. Genuine Win10 on a HP 2015 17.3" laptop that originally had Win8. ( CPU:AMD A9, GPU:Radeon R5 ).

    If I download this below file does it manually install the latest updates of Win10 (=2018 April Update) without losing any files currently on the machine ? ( Mainly paid Office 2013 )
