Windows 10: Win10 upgrade error 0xc19001-0x20017

Hey, I am facing an error. I am trying to install win10. I am on win7 x32bit. I have official win10 iso from ms official site. Also I once installed 10 using this file but now it gives me error code 0xc19001-0x20017 something like safe_os phase error during boot. I tried many fixes like uninstalling antivirus software and all. Now I am tired. So looking forward to the solution. Please help me out.

Cannot install Windows 10 Home Threshold 2 Build 10586

I tried with the windows update option and the installation fails, it send me to the windows troubleshooting start up screen and then reboots. I downloaded the ISO and it starts the setup process, but after it restarts it fails again, reboots and shows and
error number 0xc19001-0x20017 safe_os

I think it may have something to do with the use of veracrypt full drive encryption, do you know any solution other that decrypting the drive?

What is that and the link you gave I have already read it and no use. It is for 64bit win and mine is 32bit. Also how can I solve this?? Also My mcupdate_genuineintel.dll file that you mean is prior to the june 2015 update.
